The multi-stage filtering system forces oil vapors to pass through two different filters. The vapors are first collected by a fine mesh stainless steel screen. Once the vapors get heavier, they drop into a second filter. The droplets of oil then move through a 1/2” thick 1/16th” aluminum honeycomb filter.  When they become heavier, the droplets fall to the bottom of the canister, keeping them out of your Mustang's intake system.
