Pypes Performance Exhaust offers a Crossmember-Back Exhaust System with an X-Pipe and your choice of dual muffler assembly. The Race Pro, Street Pro, Violator, or Turbo Pro mufflers from Pypes are all tailored to maximizing exhaust gas flow from your 1965-1970 Coupe or Fastback Mustang.

Race Pro mufflers are self-explanatory, with a race professional's demands at the heart of its design. Featuring a straight-through exhaust flow, the sound is throaty at acceleration, and tame at idle. This muffler uses a perforated tube with insulation for racetrack heat that requires faster cooling. A street/strip combination is found in the Street Pro muffler, with rich sound at idle and acceleration. Pypes then developed the Violator muffler with an internal louvered tube and mini sound-deflector chambers to deliver exhaust flow like the Race Pro.

Additional Notes:
- This Exhaust Assembly will not fit 1965-1970 Mustangs with staggered shocks.
- Variations in headers may require modifications to the length and or angles of the intermediate pipes when connecting to the header collectors.
- This Exhaust Assembly will not fit 1965-1970 Mustang Convertibles.
- These tailpipes will go through the valance cutouts on the 67-70 GTs. The 65-66 GTs will need to shorten the tail pipe, then have an "S pipe" made to fit thru the valance due to the position being much higher.
