This Steeda IRS Subframe bracket kit provides an immediate improvement in handling and eliminates flexing of the IRS subframe mounting bracket. The support welds to subframe bracket and bolts to the inner fender well with the supplied hardware creating a strong and beneficial solution.

The rear suspension subframe found on the 1999-2004 Cobra’s attach to the car courtesy of a cantilevered bracket. Unfortunately, the outer half of this bracket is completely unsupported and flexes significantly under load and acceleration. Thus, leading to less predictable handling as the entire rear suspension system will shifts under the car changing suspension geometry almost constantly. Steeda's support kit reinforces the bracket and eliminates this flexing. Overall, your handling and responsiveness will be much improved, and wheel hop issues drastically reduced.
