The unique Vac-U-Slots design on StopTech's Slotted Brake Rotors helps to reduce the high temperatures resulting from braking and keep the rotors from fading and warping. StopTech's exclusive Vac-U-Slots are machined into the rotor itself and help to evacuate gases and dust from on and around the rotor.

StopTech rotors are finished in a durable black e-coat on the hat, edges and internal vanes to prevent nasty corrosion. The braking surfaces however, are left in a bare iron finish to improve brake pad bed-in. Slotted rotors expel brake dust and water better than solid rotors, for improved braking under all conditions!
