Product Questions

Will this kit still allow my temperature gauge to work properly in my 66 with the 200ci inline 6? And will this thread size work with the factory thread size of the head or will i need to adapt it myself?

Asked by: Snydly427
This will not replace your factory temperature sending unit, if there isn't a suitable threaded port in the head to install the painless temperature switch than you will have to find a t-type fitting that will allow you to install both the switch and sending unit into one port.

I have a 302 and it already has a temperature sending unit, does this install in this location or does it install next to the coolant elbow location
