After dyno testing at the BBK headquarters, the best-flowing header was created to maximize performance. They’re manufactured with 1-5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestricted airflow and the 3/8" one-piece laser-cut flanges add strength to prevent warping from heat. They also have a high-temperate titanium ceramic finish that improves your exhaust system's performance by preventing corrosion and keeping your system durable. This coating also creates a thermal barrier that can reduce the temperatures under the hood, allowing for increased horsepower.

All BBK headers are pressure tested to ensure leak-free performance. The BBK Performance shorty headers will fit all stock or aftermarket exhaust systems.
