Set of COMP Cams 370 Lb/In Rate Beehive Valve Springs for 1967-1973 Mustangs with a 390, 427 or 428 Engine.
When building your new high performance engine, only put the best valvetrain components in it like this set of beehive valve springs from COMP Cams. The beehive valve springs from COMP Cams are designed for hydraulic or solid flat tappet camshafts as well as hydraulic roller camshafts. Increased valvetrain stability and a much lighter valvetrain allows big block engines to turn more RPM. This is achieved with less spring pressure for better valve control and reduced weight of both the valve spring and retainer.

The unique Beehive shape handles valvetrain stress more efficiently to eliminate damaging harmonics and increases high RPM horsepower and durability. In addition, the valvetrain is able to handle more RPM and more aggressive camshaft profiles producing up to .590" maximum lift. The oval/multi-arc wire shape places the maximum area of the wire at the highest stress point to handle valvetrain stress more efficiently and allow better heat dissipation for longer life.
*Includes 16 beehive valve springs.
