Dual 2" Exhaust Kit Mustang 289/ 302 65-70 w/ Flowtech Headers/ Street Max Mufflers

When upgrading the exhaust system on your 1965-1970 289 or 302 Mustang, this 2” Dual Exhaust Kit is an excellent choice. The kit includes Flowtech Headers and Street Max Mufflers to maximize gas flow and reduce back pressure on the engine. The Flowtech Headers are made using cold roll flash-controlled tubing for maximum rigidity and feature Flowtech's exclusive thick, mandrel-formed Power Plenum collector. All ports are precisely fitted and finished with sturdy, leak-proof O-ringed port seals, and all Flowtech Headers include all mounting hardware including bolts, nuts, and premium gaskets.

The Street Max Muffler design incorporates a straight-through core providing optimal flow for improved horsepower and torque. The straight-through design allows these mufflers to be fully reversible and they provide a moderate/aggressive tone. The rest of the system is made using aluminized steel for the best corrosion and heat resistance. Additional Notes:
- This exhaust kit will NOT work with staggered shocks
- If your 1965-1970 Mustang has power steering you may need to purchase the slave cylinder lowering bracket (SCB) to clear the long tube headers.
