J&L Oil Separator Company Black Anodized Driver Side 3.0 V2 Oil Separator Kit for 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 GT Mustangs.
During the process of venting crankcase pressure back through your intake track, considerable amounts of oil in the appearance of vapors can cover your blower rotors, intake valves, intercooler fins, and even diminish your gas by decreasing its level of octane. This happens on all engines and is even more prominent when supercharged and turbocharged, as crankcase pressures are increased. To resist this process, J&L Oil Separator Company has created a Clear Anodized Driver Side 3.0 V2 Oil Separator Kit (3051D-B) for 2005-2010 GT Mustangs.

The J&L Oil Separator Company V2 separator is the same strong oil separator without the OEM hose to save you money. A knurled tank base allows for easy disposal of the collected oil, while an O-ring keeps the seal tight to prevent leaks. J&L Oil Separator Co. designs and builds its products in the USA to be a direct-fit upgrade and a plug-and-play install.
JLT Performance has worked to expand plug-and-play applications within the automotive industry. With the same great products, JLT Performance formally introduces the J&L Oil Separator Company, specializing in oil separators.
Filtering is made up of a fine mesh stainless steel screen that traps fine oil vapors and discharges them once they are heavy enough to fall. They then pass through a 1/2" thick 1/16th" aluminum honeycomb filter where they grow larger and fall into the bottom. By the time the oil gets through the filter, it's too heavy to be passed on into the intake. The tank holds 3 oz of fluid, and while that may sound like a low amount, you should never see that much oil in your PCV system. If you drain the oil every 2000-3000 miles, you will never come close to filling it again.

- This item is not CARB (California Air Resource Board) exempt and is not legal for sale or use in the state of California.
- This oil separator kit (3051D-B) will NOT fit Mustangs with a supercharger with the exception of the Saleen Supercharger. Also, this oil separator will NOT fit GT Mustangs equipped with the Ford Performance Intake Manifold or any model equipped with aftermarket fuel rails.
- This 3.0 V2 Oil Separator Kit (3051D-B) will also fit the Driver Side of the following special models: 2008 Bullitt, 2005-2010 Saleen, 2006-2007 Shelby GT-H and the 2007-2008 Shelby GT.
- This J&L Oil Separator Company Driver Side 3.0 V2 Oil Separator Kit is also available with a Clear Anodized (Satin) finish, see P/N: OILSEP118.
