i realize the intake requires no tune what if my car had an axleback and a resonator delete? (2014 gt )

You still wouldnt need a tune but you would see better power with a custom tune.

No, You do not need a tune that black hawk systems are designed to work with the stock recommended applications.

I own a 2014 gt .looking at the k@n intake , and am interested .i have hood vents and am worried with water getting in and making the filter wet ???

It shouldn't be an issue, you could block off the vents if you wanted to.
