Rated 5 out of 5 by from KYB Monotube Awesome product, best bang for your buck. Monotube, monotube, monotube! If you've done your research, you know monotubes are the best. This shock should be twice the price for the design. My 04 GT feels solid in the rear wirh KYB monotube quads and monotube shocks. Did I say monotube?? Can only compare them to Bilstein. When installing you must use the included spacer on the inner side so that the quad doesn't rub against the shock on 04 Mustangs.

I have a 2002 GT mustang with 4.6 I am putting 315-35-17 tires on 10.5 American Bullit mags on back. Will this shock work without rub or would it have to be flipped?

Asked by: NomadNomlaki
I have the same set up and there's plenty of clearance on my 04 GT without having to flip the quad.
