Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Peda; I was going to replace my accelerator pedal with a new spring and call it good. I decided to give this lokar pedal a try. Installation was easy and straight forward, remember its better to cut a little long than to short. Looks great and with the cable conversation, made the accelerator response a lot better.

Will pedal work on a 65 Mustang with 302 cubic in automatic transmission

Asked by: nightime98
Part # BAG-6115 would be our direct fit throttle pedal assembly. It is designed to work with out Throttle cable and would work best with out Throttle cable, and our Kickdown Cable. Part number DP-1000HT Braided Stainless throttle cable or DP-1000U Black Universal housing. This is a kit that comes with the throttle cable, mounting bracket, and return springs. Kickdown cable would be: KD-20C4U C4 Transmissions or KD-20C6U C6 Transmission. These parts would give you the complete set up! You can call our tech department at: 877.469.7440 if you have any questions. thank you for thinking of our products.

Hi, I'm looking at BAG6115, and it says I need the Lokar throttle cable with it. WHAT part # do I need, AND do  I need anything else? I have a 347 1968 Mustang Quick Fuel carbed Edelbrock Performer witha Tremec TKO 500 Thanks

Asked by: slime
It doesn't say that you need the Lokar throttle cable. It allows the use of the Lokar throttle cable, but isn't a requirement.
