The lower cowl area around the hat here is probably one of the most common places that early Mustangs rust out due to drain holes being blocked. These patch panels will weld in place in your lower cowl to repair the damage on your '64 through '68 Mustang. The panels come ready to weld in place with the bracket for your fresh air vent and a passenger side bracket pre-welded in place. If you're getting water in the floor of your '64 through '68 Mustang after washing it or when driving in the rain, there's a strong possibility that your cowl is leaking and these patch panels can be used to repair it.
