This trim adds features that are nice to have in a modern vehicle. Think leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated seats, and remote start.
You'll also get slightly bigger wheels (a full inch bigger) and an extra G.O.A.T mode for dealing with mud and ruts.
If you're looking for a cost-effective option that won't require any building for a while, this is a perfect option. While the base model is truly lacking any comfort or amenities, this is a solid vehicle. It includes all of the features that you would expect in a modern off-roader while still leaving the door wide open for future modifications.

Off-Roading in Style
Do you like off-roading but also like comfort? Are you the type of person who likes to bring a cooler full of steak and beer with you on your camping trips? Then you're going to want to consider the Outer Banks trim.
Some of the Outer Banks' luxury items are appearance upgrades. Body-color fender flares and signature LED headlights and taillights make this trim look nice. But you can also opt for a 12” SYNC 4 infotainment screen and a B&O sound system.
While most upgrades for the Bronco are a la carte, the 10-speed automatic transmission comes standard with this one. I mean, you can't select a new playlist and shift, right? If you're looking for a trim that you could take the family on vacation with (maybe to the Outer Banks?) and have everyone feel comfortable, this is a great trim option
Bronco Big Bend vs Outer Banks: Which Bronco Will You Buy?
Both of these trim levels have their pros and cons. If you're looking for a more stripped-down Bronco with a cheaper starting point, than the Big Bend is the trim level for you. You get more than the bare-bones Base trim level and it starts at over $5,000 less than the Outer Banks. You'll be able to go off-roading right off the lot, but you won't be able to tackle the most extreme trails without modifications or upgrades.
On the other hand, the Outer Banks trim level allows you to tackle the trails in comfort. While still a capable off-roader, the majority of the upgrades are there to make the driver and passengers as comfortable as possible. The leather seats and the 12" SYNC 4 display are a marked improvement over the Big Bend trim level.
