Set of Ford Racing High Performance Hydraulic Roller Lifters for 289, 302 and 351W Small Block Engines.

When engines are equipped with a hydraulic roller camshaft, high RPM is limited by the improper position of the internal piston, as the lifter inevitably "pumps up". This improper location results in broken valves, and therefore, leads to lost power or sometimes even engine failure. These lifters offer a distinct advantage over standard hydraulic lifters, especially in performance and race applications where a hydraulic lifter must be used.

Ford Racing's high performance lifters are direct replacements for the OEM size small block hydraulic roller lifter applications. Features ceramic check ball and higher rate piddle valve spring to improve performance at higher RPMs and higher oil temperatures. Ford Racing dyno tests have shown 200 to 300 RPM increase in RPM range over stock OEM type hydraulic roller lifter in Ford Racing sealed crate engines.

Sold in a set of 16 lifters.
