This radiator is plastic on the ends and not metal like the stock one. It is pre plumbed for and automatic transmission. It does keep my high horse power 306 cool and all without a fan shroud. Like stated in previous reviews it is shorter than stock. This will mess with your mounts. Your stock upper mounts will nearly be in the way of putting your radiator cap on. So if you had yours painted like I did then you had better have some spare paint in a bottle because you will scratch your upper mounts every time you open the radiator cap. Works well... But in the essence of saving money you will have to put up with some things.
Bought this for my lx im just using regular hoses it dropped right in fit fine for me !!
It is not the exact width of the factory radiator. If you are like me and have the hard chrome hose kit,you cant use it because it is about 2.5 inches short width wise. Youll have to use a universal radiator hose and run it behind the alternator so the fins wont tear it up. Otherwise it is a decent part but a major disappointment for me.
