This is a reproduction of a very desirable and rare version headlight used on classic 1965-1968 and 1970-1973 Mustangs. Scott Drake took NOS new original Ford bulbs and duplicated them in appearance while improving them with Halogen lighting technology.
Over the years Ford offered two 'FoMoCo' script versions: one sand blasted etched logo, and the other a prominent reverse raised 'FoMoCo' logo about 7/8" wide. Scott Drake chose to reproduce the rare, highly sought reverse raised logo version, which is more attractive and easier to read.
Halogen headlights produce more than double the lighting power of original Tungsten bulbs. Perfect for drivers or trailer queens, this sealed halogen headlamp from Scott Drake is a great safety improvement but also maintains an original look. With premium quality materials and increased durability, this Scott Drake headlight would be a great improvement for your classic Mustang! Order two and update both your driver side and passenger side headlamps today!

Looking at some of the reviews, I have a few questions. Are these headlights going to need a wiring harness as a few explain (as they tend to go on/off)? Are they brighter then the original ones, some say they are some say they are not?
Are these suited for use in australia, for driving on lhs of the road...or do they aim right (which would suit driving on rhs of the road)
Will these work on a 1964 Ford fairlane 500? I've seen similar lights on other sites that say they are a fit, but you have the best price.
Low beam is out, but high beam works. Can I change the bulb? I am afraid "sealed" means that I cannot.
Ist pair ?
Hi, can you advise if it's safe to install the following Head Lights with existing wiring on a 66 Coupe?. Part No: C0DZ-13007-A

For over 30 years Scott Drake has produced high-quality Ford-licensed restoration parts for your Mustang.
Starting off with the Trunk Weatherstrip he made while still in high school for a shop teacher, today Scott Drake offers over 9,000 products making them the largest manufacturer of Mustang restoration parts around.
Currently based in Henderson, Nevada, just outside of Las Vegas, Scott Drake is expanding his restoration line to include late model Mustang parts under the Drake Muscle Cars name.
Today let's take a closer look at some of their products and the attention to detail Scott Drake puts into them.
This is a replacement Halogen Headlight for '64 through '68, as well as for '70 through '73 Mustang. Halogen has been a popular upgrade for years because they're a lot brighter than the factory bulbs. What makes the Scott Drake product unique is, not only do you get the benefits of a halogen headlight, the glass lens is an exact reproduction of the original right down to the FoMoCo script located in the center.
I installed a Scott Drake halogen bulb just on the driver's side of this recently restored '68 fastback to give you a comparison. The passenger side is a brand new halogen replacement bulb from a major manufacturer. You can see, not only does Scott Drake have the correct lens, it's also far brighter than your standard replacement bulb. You can imagine how much brighter it's going to be than the original.
So if you're looking for the best fitting, highest quality parts for either your restoration or your late model Mustang make sure you check out our selection of Scott Drake products.
