I would suggest using a 15 inch wheel.

Will this  particular kit fit on my 1968 coupe ?.  Also I plan to install disc brakes in the front in the future and once I do that I am wondering if these rims will still fit ?

Asked by: RP68
Yes it will fit, but you will be limited as to what front disc brake conversion you can run. I recommend looking at the 15" Version of this wheel as you will have a much larger selection of options when you are ready to do your front disc brake conversion.

hey i have a 1968 Mustang convertible what are the best size and what ar fit for this car? i want the Magnum 500 wheels and the goodrich radial tires.thanks rudi

Asked by: Rudi2004v8
The size you choose really depends on a few factors. First is fitment: Depending on what aftermarket work you've done, some wheel sizes might not fit, so you need to check measurements carefully on any options you're looking at. The second is style: If you want a bigger wheel and tire combination, you will want to look at larger Magnum 500 wheels versus these 14x6 options. Finally, you want to make sure the tires you want are available in a size to match your wheels. With all of that to consider, I'm very hesitant to make any recommendations since I don't know what you're thinking or anything about your car.

I have a 65 convertible with firestone P205/75 R14 on the car with stock rims. I want to put new rims and tires on the car. Right now I have drum brakes but want to change over to disk will these wheels fit disk as well as drum brakes?

Asked by: Dean 65
It depends on what disc brake kit you install. Most likely, however, you would need slightly bigger wheels for proper fitment.
