I am looking for rims for my 65 mustang. I am interested in your Magnum 500 series. What would the freight be to send a set of four rims to Cowra NSW 2794 Australia?

I have a 1969 Ford Mustang Grande that needs new tires and wheels. What size tires and wheels do you recommend for this vehicle?

Asked by: snide40
That all depends on what you currently have done with your car and what your goals are. If you are looking for a OEM style replacement, I would recommend one thing but if you are looking for more modern aftermarket wheel, I would recommend something totally different. We have a huge selection of wheels, tires and kits all ready assembled for you to pick from.

Will "Vintiques Wheel 15"X6" Magnum 500 Kit With BFGoodrich Radial T/A RWL 215/60-15 Tires" fit a stock 1965 289 mustang convertible without any adjustment to the vehicle? Also, will the tires extend beyond the wheel well?

Asked by: Scott123
Yes, they will fit without any adjustments to the vehicle. And no, the tires will NOT extend beyond the wheel well.

Will these wheels fit on a 1966 Ford Fairlane?

Asked by: Ballercs
Unsure. We don't test Fairlane fitment on most of our parts, so we simply can't say whether it would or wouldn't work.

I have an original 1966 mustang gt with original disc brakes . I want to put 4-15x6 magnum 500 wheels with same size tires , but I need to know what would be the largest tire I can put on the rims without any rubbing issues front or back.

Asked by: 6t6fastback
The largest we recommend is 215/65/15s, which is what is available in our wheel and tire kits. A larger tire size may fit, but we can't guarantee that, so you'd need to figure that out for yourself.

I am restoring a 65 Fastback to Shelby look alike.  I am down to needing to order wheels and tires and needing a little guidance. I would like a wider looking wheel on the back but I don't want to make any suspension mortification's. Suggestions?

Asked by: pjayc
If you're set on the Magnum 500 wheels, a 15x10 wheel is likely going to be the largest you can handle (and you'll even want to confirm that one's fitment). Anything larger isn't going to work on a 1965.

If you already have disc breaks on front will this wheel and tire kit work? What would I need to check to make sure it will before purchasing if you are unsure.

Asked by: mzmccune
It should, but that really depends on the brake kit. Bigger brakes often don't work with smaller wheels. Simply check the measurements on the brake kit and the wheels (which are listed) and see if there's enough space to avoid hitting.
