Product Description

15" x 7" Magnum 500 Wheel for 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972 and 1973 Mustangs.

The Magnum 500 wheel is undoubtedly one of the most popular early model Mustang wheels ever! This wheel was exclusive on factory 1966 GT350/Hertz and 1969-1970 Boss 302/429 Mustangs. It's time to add a little history to your Mustang with a set of new Magnum 500 wheels!

With the correct 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern, this 15" x 7" Magnum 500 Wheel will fit most 5-lug 1965-1973 Mustangs for a classic, custom look. However, the 15" x 7" wheel is not recommended for use on the front of 1965-1966 Mustangs as they do not have enough clearance from the factory for a 7" wheel in most cases, a 5" or 6" wide wheel is a safer alternative and generally recommended.

Available as:
- Single Wheel: One wheel without a center cap or lug nuts
- Set of Four Wheels: Four wheels without center caps or lug nuts
- Kit of Four Wheels: Four wheels with center caps and lug nuts
- Wheel and Tire Package: A wheel set or kit with your choice of four tires mounted, balanced and ready to bolt on

Kits include wheels, center caps and lug nuts. All packages come mounted and balanced ready to bolt on.

When purchasing a wheel kit, a beautiful Magnum 500 center cap is included. The center cap is licensed by Ford and features a chrome body with a black center and chrome running pony emblem.

Please Note: This wheel is designed for fitment on Mustangs with factory equipped parts. The use of aftermarket disc brake conversion kits may lead to clearance issues. Please check fitment before ordering.

One of the easiest ways to get the biggest visual impact from an upgrade to your 1964-1973 Mustang is by adding some new wheels and tires from CJ Pony Parts to your car. There are many different wheel options available, from a classically styled wheel to match your classic Mustang, to a modern look for your retro-mod Mustang. With the addition of matching tires, your Mustang can look amazing in no time!

I have a 69 fastback that has Cooper R70-14 tires on it. I would like to upgrade to these wheels and tires. I was interested in purchasing P/N W12KC63 Will these tires fit on my car? Also does this part number include the tires mounted and balanced?

Asked by: Jnajr
Without knowing anything about your car, it's truly hard to say if they'll fit. It does include free mounting and balancing.

Will these wheels fit a '66 coupe without altering the wheel wells or front quarter panels? And is it feasible to put 15x7's on the front and 15x8's on the back, or will they rub on the quarter panels on the back?

Asked by: Keith S
As long as you have a factory equipped Mustang, you shouldn't have any fitment issues with the staggered setup your describing.

I'm looking to get a set of these 15x7 Magnus 500s for my 72 convertible. I want to to with the 215, will I have and rubBing issues?

Asked by: bigdoug
You should be fine if your Mustang is still using OEM style parts. 215s are one of the options we sell with these wheels, but they might not fit as well with aftermarket parts.

Have you sold these 15x7 wheels to fit on the front of 69 mustangs. I thought 4.0 backspacing was recommended for front, will 4.25 backspacing rub with 235 wide tires you are offering as a kit?

Asked by: bdb2552
They will fit on the front of stock 1969 Mustangs without issue. We typically recommend 15x7s on the front and 15x8s on the back if you're looking for a staggered look, or you can simply run 15x7s all around. 15x8s won't fit on the front. Anything we offer in kit format is designed to fit factory configurations, so you shouldn't run into issues.
