Boost the RPMs of your classic 1965-1981 Mustang with a modified engine, particularly with big cams that tend to reduce low end power and torque, with this B&M 50452 2900-3300 Stall Holeshot Torque Converter with a 10-1/2" Bolt Circle. The higher RPM range will give your modified Mustang engine access to the torque you’re looking for to boost your acceleration off the line.

Holeshot converters feature furnace brazed impeller and turbine, new precision steel alloy pump drive tube, new heavy duty needle bearings between the stator and impeller (not a thrust washer) and needle bearings between the stator and turbine. Other features include new springs and a new turbine hub and  rollers in the stator. This converter has a 10-1/2” bolt circle, 26 input spline and a 1.375" crank pilot. Stall speed listings are based on engines producing 230 pounds per feet of torque at 2,500 RPM. More torque at 2,500 RPM will give you more stall speed, less torque at 2,500 RPM will give you less stall speed than the stall speed ratings indicated.
