The Tube Nuts get installed on a 1/8" hole on the fender of your 1965-1973 Mustang. At the top of the Tube Nut three tabs are bent at a 90 degree angle this makes the tube nuts stop when fully installed. In the middle of the tube nut metal tabs are bent out so that the tube nuts anchor to the fender. On the end of the Tube Nut a tapered design allows the stud to be secured to your fender.
