Ford Performance Tremec Magnum XL 6-Speed Transmission Kit for all 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 GT Mustangs.

Have you noticed shifting issues in your 2005-2014 Mustang GT? Especially if you beefed up the motor with power adders and pushed your factory TR3650 (2005-2010) or MT-82 (2011-2014) to the limit. Then this Tremec Magnum XL 6-Speed Transmission Kit M-7003-M6XL from Ford Performance (formerly Ford Racing) can be the solution to all your problems!

Designed specifically for all 2005-2014 GT Mustangs, the Magnum XL features a solid mount and direct shift design, solving all of the issues of numb, inaccurate shifts offered by the factory semi-remote shifter. The Ford Performance Tremec Magnum XL Kit will replace them with crisp, clean, confidence-inspiring shifts each and every time. This is mainly due to the fact that the Magnum XL design consists of a transmission mounted and isolated shifter, rather than the vague semi-remote shifter and linkage. Ford Racing goes the extra mile and finishes everything off with a beautiful Tremec branded black 6-Speed shift knob.

Features and Benefits:
- SFI-Approved Steel Bellhousing
- Eliminates the Semi-Remote Shifter
- Reuses the OEM Hydraulic Clutch Release System.
- Swap Specific Steel Crossmember
- OE-quality Rubber Transmission Mount
- Tremec Branded Black 6-Speed Shift Knob
- 700 lb-ft Torque Capacity
- Gear Ratios: 1st - 2.97, 2nd - 2.10, 3rd - 1.46, 4th - 1.00, 5th - 0.80, 6th - 0.63, and Reverse - 2.90

Please Note: Customers will need to convert to a 26-spline clutch disc and 1-piece slip yoke style prop shaft (Not Included). The Tremec Magnum XL transmissions are designed to accept the factory hydraulic release bearing from a 2005-2014 Mustang GT. 2005-2010 Mustang applications are a direct plug-and-play with regards to the speedometer.  2011-2014 models will require speedometer recalibration via ECU tuning or a separate plug-in signal converter (Not included).

Order the Ford Performance M-7003-M6XL Tremec Magnum XL 6-Speed Transmission Kit for your 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 or 2014 Mustang GT from CJ Pony Parts today!

I'm doing a swap from automatic to manual, 2014 mustang. How much will it cost and can I trade in my automatic transmission?

Asked by: Jacob777z
Sounds like a lot of work and money. It would be much more cost efficient and practical to find a manual Mustang.
