If you own a 1965-1973 Ford Mustang then you have probably already experienced the unfortunate reality of fuses burning out. This is bound to happen if you own a classic Mustang. Luckily for the classic Mustang owner, CJ Pony Parts offers the replacement fuses that you need.
Fuse Types:
- AG Fuses
Also known as all glass fuses. AG fuses will have a fluctuating length, diameter and amperage rating.
- SFE Fuses
SFE stands for the Society of Fuse Engineers. This group of engineers design glass fuses to their own specifications. All SFE fuses have a diameter of a ¼ inch, but will have different lengths depending on the ampere rating to confirm precise fuse replacement.
These 20 AMP fuse sets are the SFE type. They come in a set of five, and are the Buss style. Electrical fuses patented by the Bussmann Company are known as Buss fuses. It is a good practice to keep these fuses on hand when owning a classic car.

These 20 amp fuses are SFE style, which means they're all 1/4 inch diameter, but the length of the fuse is going to vary based on the amperage. These will be direct replacement for the original ones on your classic Mustang.
