With their patented DTC curved slot design, Hawk Performance builds their Talon Rear Brake Rotors (HTS4058) to OE specifications, weights and production processes. They are engineered to fit each application without any modifications.

Hawk coats the rotors in a Magni Coating for excellent resistance to rust and corrosion to keep the rotors looking great as well as providing an easy bed-in process. Using CNC programming and precision milled slots, the rotors are balanced for fewer harmonic resonance issues and a cleaner pad surface.

Cross drilling of the rotors improves their thermal efficiency, heat dissipation, strength, and braking in wet weather.

Tech Tip: Hawk Performance burnishes its brake pads as a final step in the factory, but all brake pads have to be bedded-in with the rotors (new or used) that they will be used against. Properly bedding-in new brake pads results in a transfer film being generated at the pad and rotor interface to maximize brake performance.
