Pair of Hedman Square Port Painted Shorty Headers for 1965-1973 289/302 Mustangs with an Automatic Transmissions with Floor Shifter.
Hedman's standard-duty, uncoated headers are manufactured using 18 gauge, mandrel bent primary tubes and 1/4" flanges. Features 1-1/2" port primaries and 2-1/2" collectors.
The factory black paint applied to uncoated headers is not hi-temp, and is for pre-installation protection only. For ultimate protection against the elements, we suggest Hedman's original HTC coating.
Please Note: This pair of Hedman shorty headers will not work on 1965-1973 Mustangs with a manual transmission.
*The square port design will work with some original heads and aftermarket heads such as AFR, Trick Flow and Ford Racing GT40s.
