- Newly Redesigned to hold 3oz of fluid
- Billet Aluminum Construction
- Black Anodized Finish
- Multi Stage Filter System
- Easy Plug and Play Installation
J&L Oil Separator Company has redesigned their previous oil separator so it can now hold 3oz. of fluid. A rugged black anodized finish adds to the durable billet aluminum construction. Featuring a multistage filtering system, the fine oil vapors pass through two separate filters. First, a fine mesh stainless steel screen collects the vapors as they pass through until they become heavy enough to drop to the second filter. The oil droplets then pass through a 1/2” thick 1/16th” aluminum honeycomb filter where they grow into larger droplets and fall to the bottom of the canister, preventing the oil vapors from continuing on into the intake system.
A knurled tank base allows for easy disposal of the collected oil, while an O-ring keeps the seal tight to prevent leaks. J&L Oil Separator Co. designs and builds its products in the USA to be a direct-fit upgrade and a plug-and-play install.
JLT Performance has worked to expand plug-and-play applications within the automotive industry. With the same great products, JLT Performance formally introduces the J&L Oil Separator Company, specializing in oil separators.
