Legendary Wheel Co. has designed the Minilite LW80 Alloy Wheel to be a recreation of the vintage Minilite style wheel that can be found on 1969 Boss 302 Trans Am cars. The rounded 8-spoke design comes in a brilliant silver finish to give the wheels a modern, aggressive style for your Mustang. For long-lasting protection, these Minilite LW80 wheels come in a clear coat to keep them looking great for many miles down the road. These wheels are designed to fit most 5-lug 1965-1973 Mustangs with an original 5” x 4.5” bolt pattern and 4.25” of backspacing that will clear most aftermarket brake kits.

This Wheel and Tire Package comes as a staggered set of two 17” x 7” wheels (P/N: LW80-70854S) for the front and two 17” x 8” wheels (P/N: LW80-70754S) for the rear. The 17” x 8” wheel is designed for rear fitment only and will give your Mustang a more aggressive stance.

These wheels are available with your choice of tires in a set of four. All wheel and tire packages from CJ Pony Parts are professionally mounted and balanced in-house and ship to your door ready to bolt on. Be sure to also add matching center caps and correct lug nuts to your order!

Additional Notes:
- The 17” x 8" wheel is intended for rear fitment only, wider wheels can rub on the front wheel opening when turning.
- For 1965-1966, 225/45-17 tires are recommended with 17 x 7” wheels but will require modifications for correct fit. For 1967-1968, 235/45-17 tires are recommended with 17 x 7” wheels. For 1969-1973, 245/45-17 tires are recommended with 17 x 7” wheels.
- These wheels require the use of extended thread lug nuts WHLLN118 or extended wheel studs.

Tech Tip: Even though these wheels are intended to fit most 5-lug 1965-1973 Mustangs with the original 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern and 4.25" of backspacing. It is a general rule of thumb, you should always measure and verify clearance before ordering aftermarket wheels, as modifications may, or will be necessary for fitment on your classic Mustang.
