Vehicle Fitment

This product will fit the following Mustang years:

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect I bought two of these in order to put both the driver side and passenger side seats in my 65' Coupe. They both fit perfectly to the Procar seats I bought and the holes lined up with the factory holes in the floor unexpectedly well. I love my new seats and without CJ pony parts I would still be using the factory buckets, it was hard to find a seat and adapter that would fit the car but it was all worth it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay product but a pain to prep Not easy to install. The powder coating was really in the threads, I couldn't even get it out with a wire brush. I had to use a rifle cleaner in a drill for each hole and then go through with a tap at the end just to get the bolts to go in. The slider brackets didn't line up at all either I had to do a lot of prying and hammering to get them to fit. I would recommend to do this first so they fit easy and then to install the brackets on the car by THEMSELVES first! It was a pain to do it together. Then install the seat and sliders onto the bracket. Lastly the holes for the floor bolts line up nice but are really big so make sure to grab some washers along with the 1/2 inch bolts for the floor

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Install Works great with ProCar aftermarket seats. Bolts directly to hole's already in the floor (after pulling the carpet back), then bolts to the left and right side's, front and back, of the seat runners.

trying to move my TMI seat back in 1965 mustang convertible that has what looks like the Procar Seat Track Adapter 1965-1970, will the CJ Classics Mustang Seat Track Extender Pair 1965-1970 work? Or is there something better?

Asked by: MikeM
We only know the seat track extenders working with the stock seat track.

Do the procar seats with adapters lower the stock seat height? The stock seats in my 1969 mustang are too tall and do not fit my height 6'2".

Asked by: zjschmidt
I installed the Procar Classic Seats with the headrests back in July. You will need these seat brackets if you purchase the Procar seats. I love the seats but I didn’t notice any difference in the seat height.

Do you need to purchase seat track sliders separately? I ordered a 2 Procar Seats from CJ but no sliders were included. I was under the impression that you could reuse existing sliders...

Asked by: the mean green 289
You will need these seat track adapters. They are not included with the seats because they are vehicle specific.

Will this work with a 4 or 5 point harness?

Asked by: JayFry
This has nothing to do with what harnesses can be used. That will depend on which seat you choose and if it is compatible these with this bracket.
