These 3/8" tall Coil Spring Insulators C4DZ-5415-UR are made of premium polyurethane so they last longer than standard rubber ones available on the market. Scott Drake designed these insulators so that the inner lip is now thicker to prevent tearing and taller to keep it centered in the spring. This pair of insulators also features an added spring indexing stop to help prevent it from moving and allow the spring to seat properly. Designed for your 1965-1973 Mustang, you can rely on these coil spring insulators to remain durable and functional for years to come.

Vehicle Fitment

This product will fit the following Mustang years:

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fit perfectly I bought these to raise my front end up. Raised it up about 1/2". Love it

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Will require more work than factory part These thicker than factory insulators, in comparison to my factory 66 6 cyl insulators, just sit on top of the springs and fell off more than once during the installation whereas the factory insulators wrap around the top portion of the spring. Their added thickness also required more spring compression.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1969 Mustang Coupe 302 w/AC & auto Bought these to use with the 600 pound Scott Drake coil springs and the Scott Drake roller spring perches. I am very happy with the results. Here are some pictures for perspective. I’m running BFG 235/60R15 tires.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fitment Issues The inside diamater is too small to fit around the inner collar (under the tower). It may fit early mustangs but it would not fit in my 1970 Mach 1.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits like it should Fit my Global West springs (S-23) like a glove. Seems a slightly stiffer than the stock insulator
