Vehicle Fitment

This product will fit the following Mustang years:

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Threaded end of balljoint too small Taper on ball joint shaft fits ok but the threaded end is much smaller than original. The nut is very small and it barely has enough shoulder to keep from pulling through the hole in the steering knuckle. Safety concerns. Otherwise it bolts up ok.

I have a 289 Mustang 64.5 manual steering and a Borgeson Power steering kit. What steering components to I require to upgrade. Can you help me to find all steering components required to convert from V8 manual steering to Borgeson Power Steering

Asked by: Sol Hazda
If you have one of the Borgeson power steering conversion kits, you shouldn't need anything else. If not, that's what we recommend for making the conversion to power steering - those kits contain pretty much everything you need. Anything not included is noted on the part page.
