1989 Mustang Parts

What does your 1989 Mustang need to perform its best? If you've done a good job keeping up with repairs, then a little maintenance might be all you need. But if you've just inherited an '89 that's got more potential than is being realized, it's time to roll up your sleeves and get to work. This is also the case if you want to elevate your Mustang's performance. With a few modifications, you can be back on the road, and even better than ever.

For most Fox Body owners, the suspension is a point of contention. The body roll and chassis flex are pronounced, especially when leaning into a challenging curve. But with a better sway bar, subframe connectors, and a lower center of gravity, your suspension will feel more responsive and your ride will be more planted. These are easy-to-make modifications that also improve your Mustang's looks.

Likewise, interior components didn't always hold up very well. It's common for owners to need a new headliner, better seats, or a totally new dash. Though these aren't repairs that will improve your performance, they will improve your ride quality, and you'll get more enjoyment out of your drives.

No matter where you start upgrading your Fox, having the right parts means you'll have smoother installations and get to see the benefits of your hard work sooner. In addition to great parts, we also offer installation guides and videos to help you get your Mustang back up and on the road.
