BBK Manifold Spacer Kit Phenolic 3/8” Stock Intake Manifold 1986-1995

Are you looking to add some performance parts on your 5.0 Engine? One of the easiest ways to achieve that goal is by adding a Phenolic Intake Manifold Spacer from BBK. This Stock Style BBK Intake manifold is constructed from wood fibers and phenolic polymers. The block of Phenolic is then CNC Machined for a high quality fit and finish. The Intake Spacer is a direct replacement for all 1986-1995 V8 Mustangs with the stock intake manifold.

Since the Phenolic Intake Spacer raises the upper intake, BBK includes longer mounting hardware. The 3/8" Intake Manifold Spacer will increase power by reducing the heat from where the lower and upper intake manifold meets. This will produce lower inlet air temperatures, resulting in added horse power and more timing advance. The 3/8" BBK Phenolic Manifold Spacer is also popular when installing Performance Rocker Arms. This is needed due to the taller valve covers required when swapping out the rocker arms.
