Bellhousing Separator Plate Manual Transmission 289/302/351 1965-1973

This separator plate is designed to protect against flywheel or clutch breakage. The separator plate gets mounted between the block and flywheel blocking parts that might damage the block if the separator plate isn’t installed. No modifications are needed to install on 1965-1973 Mustang. This manual transmission separator plate also helps the alignment of the starter and transmission when installing on small block ford engines.

- 1969-1973 351 V8

Please Note: This separator plate is designed for 5 or 6 bolt bell housings
