Pair of CJ Classics 4-Leaf Light Duty Leaf Springs for 1965, 1966, 1967 and 1968 Mustangs.

Your all-new premium springs are made from high-quality steel. This spring is lighter-duty and is best suited for 1965-1968 6-cylinder vehicles and stock 1965-1966 V8 Mustangs and will provide a soft, smooth ride. This spring will sit the car lower than the LS7 which has a mildly stiffer spring rate and will raise your pony a little higher than stock on lighter Mustangs. Remember, Mustangs sat low in the rear from the factory, so if your are looking to substantially raise up the rear of your Mustang, this spring is not your best option.

Leaf Springs Feature:
- Pair of two (2) 4-leaf springs
-OEM style clamps
-Correct "hot-cupped" ends
-Anti-squeak pads
-Front eye bushing installed
-OEM 4-leaf design

*These will fit 1969-1973 Mustangs, but may sit too low for some owners.

I put these leaf springs on my 65  v8 coupe and now the rear is too high. Do you have any suggestion? Jerry from Scott Drake told me these cars came from factory with the back raised. That not so and contradictory to what CJPONY has in it's description .

Asked by: bishop1shox
Jerry is correct. We said that these springs would be higher then original, which is typically much higher then existing worn out springs, but they are not as high as the LS7 springs.

What is the width of these springs

Asked by: Aaron66
They are the same width as the original springs.

Hi, what would be the best leaf spring replacement for my 1967 390-s code fast back, looking for comfort and improved handling? The c5zz-5560-hd seems like more then I need(but I really don't know), also do these require longer u-bolts then stock?

Asked by: JR67390
These are probably perfect for what you're looking for. If you need U-bolts, order CJ part # LSK11, which is a complete kit.
