The outer front bearing gets installed toward the pinion bearing retainer. The differential pinion bearing is a direct replacement for all 1965-1983 Mustangs. This differential pinion bearing eliminates the play from the pinion gear at the yoke. One Front Outer Differential Pinion Bearing is required per 1965-1983 Mustangs.
