To achieve a smooth flow and increased exhaust velocity these headers utilize high flow, mandrel-bent tubing. Please Note: The use of header wrap is not recommended as it can cause the header tubes to crack or rust due to excessive heat and moisture build-up.

*1967-1968 Mustangs with a manual transmission will need to have the clutch equalizer bar modified. These Shorty Headers will NOT fit late-model 302 engines with P-Series Heads. Flowtech recommends using cast iron exhaust manifolds or old headers to break in new engines to avoid damaging the ceramic coating.
