If your 1999-2010 Mustang has a 4.6L Engine, then your Mustang has a 6-Bolt Pressure Plate and will only use six out of the nine bolts included in this kit. However, if your 1999-2010 Mustang has a 5.0L Coyote Engine, you will use all nine bolts included in this kit. There are also two different designs of dowel pins used for either the 4.6L or 5.0L Coyote motor, and both are included in this kit for an easy installation.

*Dowels are necessary to align and stiffen the pressure plate shell. If the dowels are not used the clutch may chatter and the engine vibrate.

This pressure plate and dowel kit, gives you all the hardware necessary to mount the pressure plate to the 11 inch flywheel, on your 99 through 2010 4.6, or 5.0L Coyote Swap car. Includes the 10 by 1.5 bolts, as well as all six necessary dowels for installation.
For installing an 11 inch clutch, or swapping a Coyote into your 1999 through 2010 Mustang, make sure you pick up this clutch pressure plate and dowel kit.
