This Ford Racing M-7050-A Throwout Bearing Retainer has a steel bearing sleeve and an aluminum mounting flange. The steel sleeve is an upgraded version that won't gouge like the original version used to. This retainer will reduce flex for a more consistent clutch engagement. The length from the trans face to the end of the sleeve is 4.480".
Please Note: This throwout bearing retainer does not fit 4-cylinder T-5, 1994-1995 V8 Mustang T-5 or 1994-2004 V6 Mustang T-5 transmissions. It's meant to be used on 1983-1993 Mustangs with a V8 engine and a T-5 transmission.
