Lokar's direct-fit Selector Shaft and Arm (ATA-1001) with a 5/16" Slot is built for 1980-1993 Mustangs with an AOD Transmission. The shaft and arm will fit into factory location and maintains standard OE-specifications and are compatible with aftermarket shifters. By standardizing the shift linkage for aftermarket applications, this fully adjustable shaft and arm will install onto numerous applications. In 1980-1993, AOD transmissions were commonly swapped into early Mustangs for the overdrive. The proper ratio between shifter and transmission creates adjustability in your AOD transmission.
