Maximum Motorsports K-Member Package With 10" 300lb Springs For Use With Koni Struts Mustang 1996-2004

The Maximum Motorsports K-Member Package (MMKMP-26 300-10) completely replaces all factory suspension components on the front end of your 1996-2004 Mustang. This K-Member package will improve suspension geometry while reducing front end weight over 40lbs. compared to stock components. Your Mustang's factory suspension was designed with a lot of compromises in mind - Ford had to save money where they could, and mass produce their parts. Both the K-Member and control arms from Maximum Motorsports feature tubular steel construction to reduce weight and improve strength. Maximum Motorsports gussets the critical areas preventing fracturing. Their stiffened design will prevent flexing to improve steering response and handling. Motor mounts on the K-member can be configured in the stock location, or move the engine rearward 1" for better weight distribution. The Front Lower Control Arm Mounts are shifted 0.75” straight forward to increase positive caster and move the center of gravity slightly rearward for improved weight distribution.

Maximum Motorsports assembles their tubular control arms with OEM low-friction ball joints. The Front Lower Control Arms will improve steering response and deflect less thanks to Urethane pivot bushings. These Non-Offset Front Lower Control Arms will keep the front wheels in the factory location.

The Front Coilover Kit includes Threaded Sleeves that will only work on Koni Front Struts. The Maximum Motorsports Coilover Kit comes with 10” 300lb-rate springs. These springs are great for Mustangs that see heavy street use and entry-level performance handling at the track. This kit allows you to adjust the ride height so you can dial in your stance easily with the included tool. Maximum Motorsports includes all the necessary components to completely install Front Coil Overs on your 1996-2004 Mustang.
