Though the A-arms are one of the most important components of your suspension, they are often overlooked. If anything is wrong with them, the front end of your Mustang can become misaligned, causing poor handling and performance on the road. These BMR front lower control arms (P/N: AA038R) are constructed from heavy-duty 1.5-inch, 0.095-inch wall and 1.25-inch, 0.095-inch wall steel tubing. These are DOM tubes, meaning they are cold drawn over a mandrel which provides better dimensional tolerances, improved surface finish and the strongest weld strength achievable. DOM tubing is considered high-quality. BMR's tubes are then finished in a durable red powder coat for added strength and resilience to rust and damage.

These front arms come equipped with 95-durometer polyurethane bushings that add a solid, more responsive feel over the stock rubber bushings. The bushings are internally fluted, which allows grease to evenly coat the inner sleeve and makes for a reliably quiet operation over the bushings service life. The flutes also direct grease to the outer edge of the bushing to keep the thrust surface lubricated. The included tall ball joints improve front end geometry for increased handling ability.
