Bronco Ignition Boxes

Reach Optimal Starting Efficiency with a Bronco Ignition Box
Ignition Boxes
Your Bronco’s ignition system sends a single spark to the spark plug. That spark goes on to ignite the fuel and start the combustion process. But when you start adding performance mods, one spark might not be enough to get the job done.
Ignition boxes boost the combustion process by sending multiple sparks to the plug. Multiple-spark ignition ensures the fuel mixture will reach complete combustion at a wider range of RPMs. This boosts your Bronco’s starting efficiency and performance.
MSD was the first company to develop multiple spark discharge, hence the name. Bronco MSD ignition boxes are compatible with four, six, or eight-cylinder engines. Many of them feature a rev limiter, so you can manually adjust the RPM limits. Some are digital and have a built-in LED for system checks. The black or red finishes will add a nice touch under the hood.
If you want to convert to a coil-per-plug ignition system, Holley offers direct ignition kits. They’re easily programmable and help eliminate distributor cap and rotor wear. A new ignition box pairs well with a new distributor or spark plugs.
