Rated 5 out of 5 by Red_Stang_67 from Wish I had done it sooner. Easy installation The leafsprings were a great fit, very easy to install. The quality was very good, nicely painted and had all the correct dimensions. The car handles so much better and has a better stance, I wish I had done this sooner. One of the reasons I waited, was because I thought it was a difficult job. I was able to replace both leafsprings in under 3 hours and the process was easy. The only thing that slowed me down was the rust and grime that accumulated on the bottom of the car.

Rated 5 out of 5 by USN Mustang from Great fit and ride I received these as part of the LSK3 kit. They replaced my 45 year old stock springs. BIG difference in the ride and feel. Good quality product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by T Bird 67 from Great price, good quality Pretty good product for the price. Probably meant for a daily driver, not race performance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mach 72 from Restored ride height Installed these springs on a 72 Mach1. The ride height improved to at least original height. With BFG P235/60-R15 tires, the top of wheel opening is now 27.5", a significant improvement over my 47 year old original springs. Seems to improve the ride quality as well.

HI I HAVE 71 MUSTANG AND THE PROBLEM ITS THE THE BACK ITS LOW AND THE FRONT ITS HIGH WAT DO YOU GUYS RECOMEND FOR THAT
Its possible the leaf springs are worn out or some one replace the front coil springs with spring that need to be cut. I would suggest replacing the rear leaf springs if the are old and sagging.

I have a 1967 mustang fastback GT with a 390 V8 - the rear sits a couple of inches lower in the rear - in your opinion which type of springs offered by CJ pony parts would work the best?
If your springs are original they are probably just worn out. The 4 leaf would be the stock replacement, the 5 leaf will give a firmer ride.

Will these springs fit a '68 convertible or do the cv's take the same springs as the hardtops?
The convertible takes the same spring.
