The pinion flange in your solid 8.8 axle sees a lot of abuse over the years and over time can actually create noises, leaks, and unwanted vibrations. This would be a direct replacement for the original pinion flanges made right here in the USA for Ford racing. This will fit only a solid axle rear, so it will not fit the 1999 through 2004 Cobra.
