Constructed of premium-quality 16-gauge stainless steel tubing, the Hooker Competition long tube header design utilizes a long transition collector to reduce back pressure while increasing exhaust flow. A perfect sealing surface is achieved with the 5/16" machined flanges with welded O-ring seals. Mandrel-bent tubing maintains the metal strength and provides consistent tube diameter at radii to maximize performance while contributing to improved exhaust flow. Easily installed, these headers include all of the required hardware to complete your project.

Please Note: The use of header wrap is not recommended as it can cause the header tubes to crack or rust due to excessive heat and moisture build-up.

*Will not fit 1971-73 Mustangs with manual transmissions. Will fit C-6 transmissions. A custom-made intermediate pipe/H-pipe is required. Will fit power steering if you use the slave cylinder lowering bracket (P/N: SCB).
