McLeod’s Street Extreme Clutch Kit is favorable for the street but can be used for track days. Due to the dual face ceramic disc the clutch engagement is suitable for an OEM style feel. With that being said the more material on the Clutch Disc, the more power the clutch kit can handle. One of the best characteristics is that the Clutch Kit from McLeod is SFI approved.

Please Note: This Street Extreme Clutch Kit from McLeod is designed to work on 1986-1995 5.0L Mustangs, 1996-2001 2V Mustangs and 1996-1998 4V Mustangs with a T-5 or T-45 Transmission with a 10-Spline input shaft.

Tech Tip: In 2001, Ford made the Mustang GT available with two different transmissions. To find out which style transmission you have, check the data sticker located on the driver side door jamb. A "K" means the car came with a TR3650 and a "6" indicates a T45. This clutch kit works with the T45.
