Since it meets SFI 1.1 specifications,  this flywheel prioritizes your safety on and off the track. It is intended to be used in conjunction with your 5.0L Engine and T-5 Transmission Conversion.

This 28-ounce flywheel (1525) is internally balanced and features a 157-tooth ring gear. Weighing in at 28 pounds, the steel Flywheel will fit Ford 10.5-inch long and 10.5-inch metric bolt diameter clutches, too. You can expect impressive launches at the drag strip, along with improved drivability. The flywheel is proudly manufactured in the USA to meet your standards of excellence.

*Will NOT fit V6 or Automatic Mustangs.

Tech Tip: If you are having your engine rebuilt or modified to a different bore and stroke that was not factory, please contact your engine builder to confirm which type of balance Flywheel may be necessary for your specific application as you may have to match the engine's Harmonic Balancer weight with the newly installed Flywheel. For modified applications, a 28 oz. flywheel may be best.
