Pertronix Distributor Billet Ignitor III With Black Male Cap 352/360/390/427/428

Replace your outdated points or electronic distributor with this performance proven distributor which features Pertronix's all new next generation Ignitor III electronics. This distributor billet incorporates Pertronix's Ignitor III technology with adaptive dwell control that constantly adjusts the dwell angle to maintain peak energy throughout the RPM range. This increases high and low RPM performance. It also includes cobalt magnets and the Hall Effect trigger for stable timing and precise spark distribution. The Ignitor III compensates for electronic delay by adjusting spark timing throughout the RPM range and synchronizes the peak current with the spark timing to reduce heat in the engine. An extra long lower bushing and upper ball bearing work together to reduce friction and vibration during high RPM, and included weights eliminate erratic timing. It is set with a performance advance curve and additional springs for improved curving. This distributor is compatible with most capacitive discharge systems and is housed in a CNC machined billet housing with a polished finish.
