Maximum Motorsports K-Member Kit for KONI Struts with 10" X 275lb Springs for 1990, 1991, 1992 and 1993 Mustangs with a 5.0L engine.
Upgrade the factory suspension components on the front end of your Mustang with the Maximum Motorsports K-Member Kit MMKMP-46 275-10 with 10" X 275lb Springs. With improved suspension geometry, adjustable ride height and superior handling, you'll never look back! Designed for use with KONI Struts, this kit is perfect for 1990-1993 Mustangs with a 5.0L engine in need of heavy street and entry-level performance handling on the track.
This K-Member kit offers significant weight savings—40lbs. or more—compared to stock components. Unlike the heavy stock components, this K-Member kit was designed to reduce the weight on your front end and supply drastically improved handling. The stiff K-Member design prevents flexing to further improve steering response and handling.
The K-Member kit was completely manufactured in the USA for long-lasting durability. The motor mounts on the K-Member include the original factory location, as well as additional locations, allowing you to move the engine rearward by one inch. The front lower control arm mounts are shifted 3/4-inches straight forward, which moves the center of gravity rearward, improving weight distribution and increasing positive caster.

The kit comes with 1-1/4 DOM steel front lower control arms configured in a A-Arm design. The end result is increased rigidity over standard V control arms. To prevent fracturing, the critical areas have been reinforced with gussets. These control arms include Urethane pivot bushings for better steering response and greater control of dynamic alignment through less deflection. Assembled with OEM low-friction ball joints, the reverse-offset front lower control arms will move the ball-joint rearward, along the centerline of the Mustang. When installed with an MM K-Member, these front control arms will maintain the stock fore/aft tire location.
